Art of Expelling

An ALL NEW SERIES

Reiki for expelling, something I have not quite introduced just yet. The art of expelling was developed by Master  Medium,  Intuitive Reiki Master Quornesha to remove the things that cause us fear and trepidation. Or even old habits and overused ways of doing things.

This series takes fourteen minutes to complete. As humans, it can be challenging, but not impossible to move from one way of seeing ourselves, to another. As long as you see yourself in a certain light, you will not change and suffer to the realms of stagnation.

Need a frequency to be renounced? A fear to be gone for all time? Tired of dating the same type of person? It is time that you change, it is time to develop a new habit! With the art of expelling, which is just as potent as affirming or declaring but more to the point or direction.

Methods protected.

Expel, means to revoke access. The frequency released will not be allowed to return. EVER. Not even in another form. Be certain that what you intend to release you are certain and not just testing the waters.

This session/series, however, is not intended for you to release the human emotions of grief, sorrow or happiness. etc. Focus more so on that which no longer serves you. That which is dragging on your energy field.

Revoke access to setbacks, and lack of direction in your life. Revoke access to confusion and upheaval and the frequencies that cause it in your life.

This series may be performed with either your dominant/non-dominant hand. This is also a form of protection. To use as a protection, pause with all activities, and use both hands with the hand position.
